1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 696jl support. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Remaining real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned via the member's verified withdrawal method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 696jl Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to regulated gaming activities.

Any claim must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will be time-barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
